1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an ArtMox kit or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. This platform is operated by My360Project, a nonprofit organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About the ArtMox Kit

Each ArtMox Kit includes a blank canvas shoe and materials for you to decorate. Once you return the decorated canvas to us, our artisan partners transform it into a wearable shoe for a child in need. The kit purchase price covers materials, shipping, artisan labor, and delivery to a child.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Kit purchases are considered charitable donations to support My360Project's mission and are non-refundable once the kit has been shipped.
  • If you have not yet received your kit and wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Return shipping labels, if purchased, are non-refundable.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to register your kit upon receipt using the registration code provided.
  • You agree to return the decorated canvas in a timely manner as instructed.
  • Photos and content you upload must be your own and must not contain inappropriate or offensive material.
  • You grant My360Project a non-exclusive license to use your submitted photos for program documentation and impact reporting.

5. Program Timelines

My360Project will make reasonable efforts to fulfill kit orders within 5–7 business days and to update donors on shoe journey milestones. However, delivery timelines to international destinations may vary due to customs, logistics, and program capacity. My360Project does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

My360Project is a nonprofit operating in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or program.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
